Hi stampers! A couple of weeks ago, I discovered two templates for making quick cards.  The templates are are called Flash Cards and Flash Cards 2.0, which was created by fellow demonstrator Connie Stewart.  I have included links to the original video.

I have decided to give the templates a try and I created this adorable card.  I usually don't do a lot of two step stamping, but using the Stippled Blossom stamp set, it turned out so beautiful!

Here is a sweet and simple graduation card I made for a family friend's daughter.

This card was so easy to put together.  I used one of the Anna Griffin Card Making Kits.

Welcome to the Operation Write Home Sketch Blog Hop! I am proud to be doing this Blog Hop for the first time.  Operation Write Home is a great organaztion who provide handmade cards to our service men and women.  Supporting OWH is a way I can say Thank You to the service men and women for the sacrfices they make everyday. After stalking OWH for awhile, I finally made the decision that I want to make cards for our heroes.  I am working on a box and I am having so much fun doing so!

Funday Friday Challenge

Happy Friday my bloggy friends!

 

Welcome to our very 1st FunDay Friday Challenge!

 

This week's challenge is this gorgeous sketch that was created by Amanda Haynes! Thank you Amanda for providing us with this wonderful sketch!

 I liked this sketch so much, I decided to create 2 cards.

For my first card, I stayed with the sketch.  For this card, I used Lemon Whip, Buttercup, and Sugar cardstock from A Muse Studio.  The sentiment is from Sweet 'n' Sassy "Wait on God" stamp set.  The brads are from Stampin' Up!

On the second card, I decided to bring out my cricut machine.  It's been awhile since I had crafted with it, but I really wanted to utilize it again and find those hidden gems in my cartridges.  I used the Mickey and Friends cartridge to create this heart border.  The cardstock is from Recollections and I used a Martha Stewart border punch.  The sentiment is from Cardz TV "Heart to Heart" stamp set
